A Samsung est\u00e1 a adoptar uma estrat\u00e9gia &#8220;Shell-First&#8221; para as suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a qual ver\u00e1 primeiro o foco colocado na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de salas ass\u00e9pticas. O equipamento fabril que as enche vir\u00e1 mais tarde e o processo permanecer\u00e1 flex\u00edvel para que a Samsung possa mudar rapidamente de rumo, dependendo da procura de diferentes sectores do mercado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-197dc4b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"197dc4b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A expans\u00e3o da capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o incluir\u00e1 todos os locais existentes da Samsung em Giheung, Hwaseong e Pyeongtaek na Coreia e Austin, Texas. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m uma nova f\u00e1brica de semicondutores em constru\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de 17 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares em Taylor, Texas, para adicionar ao conjunto. A tecnologia de packaging de microprocessadores X-Cube (Extended Cube) foi apresentada pela primeira vez pela empresa em 2020 e permite o empilhamento ultra-fino de m\u00faltiplos microprocessadores, tornando-o num semicondutor mais compacto. A Samsung pretende produzir um packaging 3D X-Cube com interconex\u00e3o micro-bump at\u00e9 2024 e depois uma vers\u00e3o bump-less em 2026.
