Ao abrir as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 apresentada de imediato uma mensagem com o aviso de que por consequ\u00eancia de novas regras aplic\u00e1veis aos servi\u00e7os de mensagens na Europa, algumas funcionalidades est\u00e3o a sofrer altera\u00e7\u00f5es e est\u00e3o temporariamente indispon\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o s\u00e3o especificadas quais as funcionalidades que foram desativadas nesta notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, no entanto, o Facebook comunica numa <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/messenger-platform\/europe-updates#affected\">p\u00e1gina de suporte a programadores<\/a>&nbsp; que a op\u00e7\u00e3o de vota\u00e7\u00e3o (polls),&nbsp; a falta de alguns stickers, tanto no Instagram como no Messenger, e respostas personalizadas no Messenger, s\u00e3o algumas das op\u00e7\u00f5es desativadas ou limitadas. Estas regras s\u00e3o parte da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/LexUriServ\/LexUriServ.do?uri=CONSLEG:2002L0058:20091219:EN:HTML\">ePrivacy Directive<\/a>, que visa aumentar a prote\u00e7\u00e3o e privacidade de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es eletr\u00f3nicas.
